This retreat is for women that want to practice some deep self care and shed limiting beliefs about yourself. This “shedding” will open you to your authentic self; mindfully, energetically, and creatively. We curate this by immersing you in self care through yoga, reiki, healthy foods, nature and lovely relaxing accommodations at the beautiful Heritage Stone overlooking the Rideau River. This is coupled with equine experiential learning sessions where we will facilitate your self discovery through our beautiful horses as they hold non judgemental space for you. Guided forest bathing meditation will take you out into nature where you can experience the aliveness of the forest and connect to yourself. You will process your discoveries through daily journalling and artistic expression through a creative art workshop lead by local artist Heather Snow.
